Gentrification
What is gentrification? Gentrification is the rehabilitation of deteriorated, often abandoned, housing of low income, inner city residents. In other words is when rich people move into a area with low income or poor people.Which that causes the neighborhood to change and people start to move. The poor people start to move
because they may not be able to afford the rent.
The advantages of gentrification is that it brings in more residents. More than likely it’s going to be near downtown. It brings back culture in the area. Also neighborhood rejuvenated.
The disadvantages of gentrification is that it can tear down for quick money making deals. Also it make it harder for low income to pay bills. Especially when high income people come and live. Those are some of the disadvantages of gentrification.
